AI Transparency Notice

In short: every recipe in Resimply is written by an AI language model, not by a human editor and not by the creator of the video. Ingredients, quantities, steps, and cooking times are the model’s reconstruction of what it saw and heard. Always check them yourself before you cook — especially allergens.

This notice explains which AI systems Resimply uses, what they do with the videos you share, how AI-generated recipes are labelled, and what we deliberately do not do. It is published to satisfy Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), which has applied since 2 August 2026, and it complements our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Sub-processors list.

1. Our role under the AI Act

Jasper Slowik, operating Resimply (see Impressum), is the provider of the AI system “Resimply” within the meaning of Art. 3(3) AI Act: we place an AI-powered service on the market under our own name. We are at the same time a deployer of a third-party general-purpose AI model, which we access through the API listed in section 2. We do not train, fine-tune, or host models ourselves.

2. Which AI we use

OpenRouter routes our requests to the underlying model. The specific model can change when we improve extraction quality; at the time of this update we use MiniMax M3. The routing provider, data location, and transfer mechanism are documented in Sub-processors. Neither OpenRouter nor the model provider is permitted to train on your data.

3. You are using an AI, not a cookbook (Art. 50(1))

Resimply has no human editors. No cook, no nutritionist, and no support agent reviews a recipe before it lands in your library. Every extraction screen and every recipe is labelled as AI-generated inside the App, at the latest when you first see the result. There is no chatbot and nothing in the App is designed to feel like a conversation with a person.

4. How generated recipes are marked (Art. 50(2))

Art. 50(2) requires providers of generative AI systems to mark synthetic output in a machine-readable format. Our position and our current state:

Recipes are visibly labelled as AI-generated in the App and in any export, together with a link back to the source video.
Recipe text is not machine-readably watermarked. Text watermarking for short, highly structured output such as an ingredient list is not reliably detectable, and Recital 133 of the AI Act acknowledges the technical limits here.
We treat extraction as a transformation of existing third-party content rather than the creation of synthetic media: the model restates what a creator already published, it does not invent a dish. Art. 50(2) exempts systems that perform an assistive function without substantially altering the input. We disclose regardless, because we would rather over-inform you than rely on an exemption.
Every recipe stores the source video URL, so the original creator’s version always remains one tap away and provenance is never lost.

5. Accuracy, food safety, and your own judgment

Language models are probabilistic. Resimply can misread a quantity, drop a step performed off-camera, guess a temperature, convert a unit incorrectly, or miss an ingredient the creator never named out loud. It can also produce a plausible-looking recipe that the video never actually contained.

Allergens: never rely on an AI-extracted ingredient list to decide whether a dish is safe for someone with an allergy or intolerance. Check the original video and the packaging of what you buy.

You stay in control: you choose which video to share, you can edit every field of every recipe, and you can delete any recipe at any time. Nothing is published, shared with other users, or acted on automatically. If an extraction is wrong or unsafe, tell us at contact@resimply.app — see Support for what to include.

6. Creators and source content

Resimply processes videos you explicitly share. We do not crawl platforms, we do not republish creator content, and we do not present extracted recipes as our own editorial work. Each recipe links back to its source. If you are a creator and want your content excluded, write to contact@resimply.app.

7. What Resimply does not do

We consider Resimply neither a prohibited AI practice under Art. 5 nor a high-risk system under Annex III of the AI Act. Specifically, the App does not:

infer, recognise, or categorise emotions (Art. 50(3) does not apply);
perform biometric identification or categorisation, or analyse the faces of people appearing in a video;
generate images, audio, video, or any content that could be mistaken for a real person or event (Art. 50(4) does not apply);
use subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive techniques;
perform social scoring or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects;
make automated decisions about you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR;
provide nutritional, medical, or dietary advice, or evaluate whether a dish suits your health.

8. AI literacy (Art. 4)

Art. 4 AI Act requires providers and deployers to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the people operating the system on their behalf. Resimply is operated by a sole trader; everyone with access to the extraction pipeline understands how the model is prompted, where it typically fails, and how to escalate an incident. This notice serves the same purpose for you as a user.

9. Complaints and supervision

If you believe Resimply does not meet its obligations under the AI Act, contact us first at contact@resimply.app. We acknowledge within 5 working days and respond substantively within 30 days.

You may also complain to the German national market surveillance authority for the AI Act, the Bundesnetzagentur (Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, Germany), which acts as the central contact and complaints body under the German AI Act Implementation Act. For matters concerning general-purpose AI models, the European AI Office at the European Commission is competent. Data-protection complaints go to the supervisory authority named in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to this notice

We update this page whenever we change the model or provider, add a generative feature, or change how content is labelled. The date at the top reflects the last substantive change.

Kurz gesagt: Jedes Rezept in Resimply wird von einem KI-Sprachmodell geschrieben — nicht von einer Redaktion und nicht von der Person, die das Video erstellt hat. Zutaten, Mengen, Schritte und Garzeiten sind die Rekonstruktion des Modells aus dem, was es gesehen und gehört hat. Prüfen Sie sie vor dem Kochen immer selbst — insbesondere Allergene.

Dieser Hinweis erklärt, welche KI-Systeme Resimply einsetzt, was sie mit den geteilten Videos tun, wie KI-generierte Rezepte gekennzeichnet werden und was wir bewusst nicht tun. Er wird in Erfüllung von Artikel 50 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1689 (KI-Verordnung) veröffentlicht, der seit dem 2. August 2026 gilt, und ergänzt unsere Datenschutzerklärung, die Nutzungsbedingungen und die Liste der Auftragsverarbeiter.

1. Unsere Rolle nach der KI-Verordnung

Jasper Slowik, Betreiber von Resimply (siehe Impressum), ist Anbieter des KI-Systems „Resimply“ im Sinne von Art. 3 Nr. 3 KI-VO: Wir bringen einen KI-gestützten Dienst unter eigenem Namen in Verkehr. Zugleich sind wir Betreiber eines KI-Modells mit allgemeinem Verwendungszweck eines Dritten, auf das wir über die in Abschnitt 2 genannte API zugreifen. Wir trainieren, feintunen oder hosten selbst keine Modelle.

2. Welche KI wir einsetzen

OpenRouter leitet unsere Anfragen an das zugrunde liegende Modell weiter. Das konkrete Modell kann sich ändern, wenn wir die Extraktionsqualität verbessern; zum Zeitpunkt dieser Aktualisierung nutzen wir MiniMax M3. Routing-Anbieter, Datenstandort und Transfermechanismus sind unter Auftragsverarbeiter dokumentiert. Weder OpenRouter noch der Modellanbieter darf mit Ihren Daten trainieren.

3. Sie nutzen eine KI, kein Kochbuch (Art. 50 Abs. 1)

Resimply hat keine menschliche Redaktion. Weder Köchin, Ernährungsberater noch Support prüfen ein Rezept, bevor es in Ihrer Bibliothek landet. Jeder Extraktionsbildschirm und jedes Rezept ist in der App als KI-generiert gekennzeichnet, spätestens wenn Sie das Ergebnis zum ersten Mal sehen. Es gibt keinen Chatbot, und nichts in der App ist darauf ausgelegt, sich wie ein Gespräch mit einem Menschen anzufühlen.

4. Wie generierte Rezepte gekennzeichnet werden (Art. 50 Abs. 2)

Art. 50 Abs. 2 verpflichtet Anbieter generativer KI-Systeme, synthetische Ausgaben maschinenlesbar zu kennzeichnen. Unsere Einordnung und unser aktueller Stand:

Rezepte sind in der App und in jedem Export sichtbar als KI-generiert gekennzeichnet, zusammen mit einem Rückverweis auf das Quellvideo.
Rezepttexte tragen kein maschinenlesbares Wasserzeichen. Text-Wasserzeichen sind bei kurzen, stark strukturierten Ausgaben wie einer Zutatenliste nicht zuverlässig detektierbar; Erwägungsgrund 133 der KI-VO erkennt diese technischen Grenzen an.
Wir behandeln die Extraktion als Umformung vorhandener fremder Inhalte und nicht als Erzeugung synthetischer Medien: Das Modell gibt wieder, was jemand bereits veröffentlicht hat, es erfindet kein Gericht. Art. 50 Abs. 2 nimmt Systeme aus, die eine unterstützende Funktion erfüllen, ohne die Eingabe wesentlich zu verändern. Wir informieren trotzdem, weil wir lieber zu viel als zu wenig offenlegen.
Zu jedem Rezept wird die URL des Quellvideos gespeichert, sodass die Originalfassung immer einen Tipp entfernt bleibt und die Herkunft nie verloren geht.

5. Genauigkeit, Lebensmittelsicherheit und Ihr eigenes Urteil

Sprachmodelle arbeiten probabilistisch. Resimply kann eine Menge falsch lesen, einen Schritt außerhalb des Bildes auslassen, eine Temperatur raten, eine Einheit falsch umrechnen oder eine Zutat übersehen, die nie ausgesprochen wurde. Es kann auch ein plausibel wirkendes Rezept erzeugen, das so im Video gar nicht vorkam.

Allergene: Verlassen Sie sich niemals auf eine KI-extrahierte Zutatenliste, um zu entscheiden, ob ein Gericht für jemanden mit Allergie oder Unverträglichkeit geeignet ist. Prüfen Sie das Originalvideo und die Verpackung der eingekauften Produkte.

Sie behalten die Kontrolle: Sie wählen das Video, Sie können jedes Feld jedes Rezepts bearbeiten und jedes Rezept jederzeit löschen. Nichts wird veröffentlicht, mit anderen geteilt oder automatisch ausgeführt. Ist eine Extraktion falsch oder unsicher, schreiben Sie an contact@resimply.app — unter Support steht, was hilfreich ist.

6. Creator und Quellinhalte

Resimply verarbeitet nur Videos, die Sie ausdrücklich teilen. Wir crawlen keine Plattformen, veröffentlichen keine Creator-Inhalte erneut und geben extrahierte Rezepte nicht als eigene redaktionelle Leistung aus. Jedes Rezept verlinkt auf seine Quelle. Wenn Sie Creator sind und Ihre Inhalte ausgeschlossen haben möchten, schreiben Sie an contact@resimply.app.

7. Was Resimply nicht tut

Wir betrachten Resimply weder als verbotene KI-Praktik nach Art. 5 noch als Hochrisikosystem nach Anhang III der KI-VO. Konkret tut die App Folgendes nicht:

Emotionen ableiten, erkennen oder klassifizieren (Art. 50 Abs. 3 ist nicht einschlägig);
biometrische Identifizierung oder Kategorisierung durchführen oder Gesichter von Personen im Video analysieren;
Bilder, Audio, Video oder Inhalte erzeugen, die mit einer realen Person oder einem realen Ereignis verwechselt werden könnten (Art. 50 Abs. 4 ist nicht einschlägig);
unterschwellige, manipulative oder täuschende Techniken einsetzen;
Social Scoring oder Profiling mit rechtlicher oder ähnlich erheblicher Wirkung betreiben;
automatisierte Entscheidungen über Sie im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO treffen;
Ernährungs-, Gesundheits- oder Diätberatung leisten oder bewerten, ob ein Gericht für Ihre Gesundheit geeignet ist.

8. KI-Kompetenz (Art. 4)

Art. 4 KI-VO verlangt von Anbietern und Betreibern ein ausreichendes Maß an KI-Kompetenz bei den Personen, die das System in ihrem Auftrag betreiben. Resimply wird von einem Einzelunternehmer betrieben; alle Personen mit Zugriff auf die Extraktions-Pipeline wissen, wie das Modell instruiert wird, wo es typischerweise scheitert und wie ein Vorfall eskaliert wird. Dieser Hinweis erfüllt denselben Zweck für Sie als Nutzer.

9. Beschwerden und Aufsicht

Wenn Sie der Auffassung sind, dass Resimply seinen Pflichten aus der KI-Verordnung nicht nachkommt, wenden Sie sich zuerst an contact@resimply.app. Wir bestätigen den Eingang innerhalb von 5 Werktagen und antworten inhaltlich innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Sie können sich auch an die deutsche nationale Marktüberwachungsbehörde für die KI-Verordnung wenden, die Bundesnetzagentur (Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn), die nach dem KI-Durchführungsgesetz als zentrale Anlauf- und Beschwerdestelle fungiert. Für Fragen zu KI-Modellen mit allgemeinem Verwendungszweck ist das Europäische KI-Büro bei der Europäischen Kommission zuständig. Datenschutzbeschwerden richten Sie an die in unserer Datenschutzerklärung genannte Aufsichtsbehörde.

10. Änderungen dieses Hinweises

Wir aktualisieren diese Seite, sobald wir Modell oder Anbieter wechseln, eine generative Funktion hinzufügen oder die Kennzeichnung ändern. Das Datum oben nennt die letzte inhaltliche Änderung.

Les ingrédients, quantités, étapes et temps de cuisson sont la reconstitution faite par le modèle de ce qu’il a vu et entendu. Vérifiez-les toujours vous-même avant de cuisiner — en particulier les allergènes.

Cet avis explique quels systèmes d’IA Resimply utilise, ce qu’ils font des vidéos que vous partagez, comment les recettes générées sont étiquetées et ce que nous ne faisons délibérément pas. Il est publié en application de l’article 50 du règlement (UE) 2024/1689 (règlement sur l’IA), applicable depuis le 2 août 2026, et complète notre politique de confidentialité, nos conditions d’utilisation et la liste des sous-traitants.

1. Notre rôle au titre du règlement sur l’IA

Jasper Slowik, exploitant Resimply (voir l’Impressum), est le fournisseur du système d’IA « Resimply » au sens de l’art. 3, point 3 : nous mettons sur le marché un service assisté par IA sous notre propre nom. Nous sommes en même temps déployeur d’un modèle d’IA à usage général d’un tiers, auquel nous accédons via l’API indiquée à la section 2. Nous n’entraînons, n’affinons ni n’hébergeons aucun modèle nous-mêmes.

2. Quelle IA nous utilisons

OpenRouter achemine nos requêtes vers le modèle sous-jacent. Le modèle précis peut changer lorsque nous améliorons la qualité d’extraction ; à la date de cette mise à jour, nous utilisons MiniMax M3. Le fournisseur de routage, la localisation des données et le mécanisme de transfert sont documentés dans Sous-traitants. Ni OpenRouter ni le fournisseur du modèle n’est autorisé à entraîner ses modèles sur vos données.

3. Vous utilisez une IA, pas un livre de cuisine (art. 50, par. 1)

Resimply n’a pas de rédaction humaine. Aucun cuisinier, aucun nutritionniste, aucun agent de support ne relit une recette avant qu’elle n’arrive dans votre bibliothèque. Chaque écran d’extraction et chaque recette est identifié comme généré par IA dans l’app, au plus tard lorsque vous voyez le résultat. Il n’y a pas de chatbot et rien dans l’app n’est conçu pour ressembler à une conversation avec une personne.

4. Comment les recettes générées sont marquées (art. 50, par. 2)

L’art. 50, par. 2 impose aux fournisseurs de systèmes d’IA générative de marquer les sorties synthétiques dans un format lisible par machine. Notre position et notre état actuel :

Les recettes sont visiblement identifiées comme générées par IA dans l’app et dans tout export, avec un lien vers la vidéo source.
Le texte des recettes ne porte pas de filigrane lisible par machine. Le filigranage de texte n’est pas détectable de manière fiable sur des sorties courtes et très structurées comme une liste d’ingrédients ; le considérant 133 reconnaît ces limites techniques.
Nous traitons l’extraction comme une transformation de contenus tiers existants et non comme une création de médias synthétiques : le modèle restitue ce qu’un créateur a déjà publié, il n’invente pas un plat. L’art. 50, par. 2 exempte les systèmes remplissant une fonction d’assistance sans modifier substantiellement l’entrée. Nous informons malgré tout, préférant l’excès d’information à l’invocation d’une exemption.
Chaque recette conserve l’URL de la vidéo source, de sorte que la version originale reste à un geste et que la provenance n’est jamais perdue.

5. Exactitude, sécurité alimentaire et votre propre jugement

Les modèles de langage sont probabilistes. Resimply peut mal lire une quantité, omettre une étape réalisée hors champ, deviner une température, convertir une unité de travers ou manquer un ingrédient jamais nommé à voix haute. Il peut aussi produire une recette plausible que la vidéo ne contenait pas.

Allergènes : ne vous fiez jamais à une liste d’ingrédients extraite par IA pour décider si un plat convient à une personne allergique ou intolérante. Vérifiez la vidéo d’origine et les emballages des produits achetés.

Vous gardez le contrôle : vous choisissez la vidéo, vous pouvez modifier chaque champ de chaque recette et supprimer une recette à tout moment. Rien n’est publié, partagé avec d’autres utilisateurs ni exécuté automatiquement. Si une extraction est erronée ou dangereuse, écrivez-nous à contact@resimply.app — voir Assistance.

6. Créateurs et contenus sources

Resimply traite uniquement les vidéos que vous partagez expressément. Nous n’explorons pas les plateformes, nous ne republions pas les contenus des créateurs et nous ne présentons pas les recettes extraites comme notre propre travail éditorial. Chaque recette renvoie à sa source. Si vous êtes créateur et souhaitez exclure vos contenus, écrivez à contact@resimply.app.

7. Ce que Resimply ne fait pas

Nous considérons que Resimply ne constitue ni une pratique interdite au sens de l’art. 5, ni un système à haut risque au sens de l’annexe III. Concrètement, l’app ne :

déduit, reconnaît ni classe des émotions (l’art. 50, par. 3 ne s’applique pas) ;
procède à une identification ou catégorisation biométrique, ni n’analyse les visages des personnes apparaissant dans une vidéo ;
génère d’images, d’audio, de vidéo ou de contenus susceptibles d’être confondus avec une personne ou un événement réel (l’art. 50, par. 4 ne s’applique pas) ;
utilise de techniques subliminales, manipulatrices ou trompeuses ;
pratique de notation sociale ou de profilage produisant des effets juridiques ou similaires ;
prend de décision automatisée vous concernant au sens de l’art. 22 du RGPD ;
fournit de conseil nutritionnel, médical ou diététique, ni n’évalue si un plat convient à votre santé.

8. Maîtrise de l’IA (art. 4)

L’art. 4 impose aux fournisseurs et déployeurs d’assurer un niveau suffisant de maîtrise de l’IA chez les personnes qui exploitent le système pour leur compte. Resimply est exploité par un entrepreneur individuel ; toute personne ayant accès au pipeline d’extraction sait comment le modèle est sollicité, où il échoue typiquement et comment escalader un incident. Cet avis remplit la même fonction pour vous, utilisateur.

9. Réclamations et surveillance

Si vous estimez que Resimply ne respecte pas ses obligations, écrivez-nous d’abord à contact@resimply.app. Nous accusons réception sous 5 jours ouvrés et répondons sur le fond sous 30 jours.

Vous pouvez également saisir l’autorité allemande de surveillance du marché pour le règlement sur l’IA, la Bundesnetzagentur (Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, Allemagne), point de contact et de réclamation central. Pour les modèles d’IA à usage général, le Bureau européen de l’IA de la Commission européenne est compétent. Les réclamations relatives à la protection des données relèvent de l’autorité mentionnée dans notre politique de confidentialité.

10. Modifications de cet avis

Nous mettons cette page à jour dès que nous changeons de modèle ou de fournisseur, ajoutons une fonction générative ou modifions l’étiquetage. La date en haut indique la dernière modification de fond.

En resumen: cada receta de Resimply la escribe un modelo de lenguaje, no una redacción humana ni la persona que creó el vídeo. Ingredientes, cantidades, pasos y tiempos son la reconstrucción que el modelo hace de lo que vio y oyó. Compruébalos siempre tú antes de cocinar, sobre todo los alérgenos.

Este aviso explica qué sistemas de IA utiliza Resimply, qué hacen con los vídeos que compartes, cómo se etiquetan las recetas generadas y qué no hacemos deliberadamente. Se publica en cumplimiento del art. 50 del Reglamento (UE) 2024/1689 (Reglamento de IA), aplicable desde el 2 de agosto de 2026, y complementa nuestra Política de Privacidad, los Términos del Servicio y la lista de subencargados.

1. Nuestro papel bajo el Reglamento de IA

Jasper Slowik, que opera Resimply (véase el Impressum), es el proveedor del sistema de IA «Resimply» en el sentido del art. 3(3): introducimos en el mercado un servicio basado en IA bajo nuestro propio nombre. Al mismo tiempo somos responsable del despliegue de un modelo de IA de uso general de un tercero, al que accedemos mediante la API indicada en la sección 2. No entrenamos, ajustamos ni alojamos modelos propios.

2. Qué IA utilizamos

OpenRouter enruta nuestras solicitudes al modelo subyacente. El modelo concreto puede cambiar cuando mejoramos la calidad de extracción; en la fecha de esta actualización usamos MiniMax M3. El proveedor de enrutamiento, la ubicación de los datos y el mecanismo de transferencia se documentan en Subencargados. Ni OpenRouter ni el proveedor del modelo pueden entrenar con tus datos.

3. Estás usando una IA, no un libro de cocina (art. 50(1))

Resimply no tiene redacción humana. Ningún cocinero, nutricionista ni agente de soporte revisa una receta antes de que llegue a tu biblioteca. Cada pantalla de extracción y cada receta se etiqueta como generada por IA dentro de la App, a más tardar cuando ves el resultado. No hay chatbot y nada en la App está diseñado para parecer una conversación con una persona.

4. Cómo se marcan las recetas generadas (art. 50(2))

El art. 50(2) exige a los proveedores de sistemas de IA generativa marcar la salida sintética en formato legible por máquina. Nuestra posición y estado actual:

Las recetas están etiquetadas visiblemente como generadas por IA en la App y en cualquier exportación, junto a un enlace al vídeo de origen.
El texto de las recetas no lleva marca de agua legible por máquina. El marcado de texto no es detectable de forma fiable en salidas cortas y muy estructuradas como una lista de ingredientes; el considerando 133 reconoce estos límites técnicos.
Tratamos la extracción como una transformación de contenido ajeno existente y no como creación de medios sintéticos: el modelo reformula lo que alguien ya publicó, no inventa un plato. El art. 50(2) exime a los sistemas que cumplen una función auxiliar sin alterar sustancialmente la entrada. Aún así informamos, porque preferimos informar de más a ampararnos en una excepción.
Cada receta guarda la URL del vídeo original, de modo que la versión original queda siempre a un toque y la procedencia nunca se pierde.

5. Exactitud, seguridad alimentaria y tu propio criterio

Los modelos de lenguaje son probabilísticos. Resimply puede leer mal una cantidad, omitir un paso hecho fuera de cámara, adivinar una temperatura, convertir mal una unidad o pasar por alto un ingrediente que nunca se nombró en voz alta. También puede producir una receta plausible que el vídeo no contenía.

Alérgenos: nunca te bases en una lista de ingredientes extraída por IA para decidir si un plato es seguro para alguien con alergia o intolerancia. Comprueba el vídeo original y el etiquetado de lo que compres.

Tú mantienes el control: eliges el vídeo, puedes editar cualquier campo de cualquier receta y borrarla cuando quieras. Nada se publica, se comparte con otros usuarios ni se ejecuta automáticamente. Si una extracción es errónea o insegura, escríbenos a contact@resimply.app — consulta Soporte.

6. Creadores y contenido de origen

Resimply procesa únicamente los vídeos que compartes expresamente. No rastreamos plataformas, no republicamos contenido de creadores y no presentamos las recetas extraídas como trabajo editorial propio. Cada receta enlaza a su fuente. Si eres creador y quieres que tu contenido quede excluido, escribe a contact@resimply.app.

7. Lo que Resimply no hace

Consideramos que Resimply no constituye una práctica prohibida del art. 5 ni un sistema de alto riesgo del anexo III. En concreto, la App no:

infiere, reconoce ni clasifica emociones (el art. 50(3) no aplica);
realiza identificación o categorización biométrica, ni analiza rostros de personas que aparezcan en un vídeo;
genera imágenes, audio, vídeo ni contenido que pudiera confundirse con una persona o un hecho real (el art. 50(4) no aplica);
emplea técnicas subliminales, manipuladoras o engañosas;
realiza puntuación social ni perfilado con efectos jurídicos o similares;
toma decisiones automatizadas sobre ti en el sentido del art. 22 del RGPD;
ofrece asesoramiento nutricional, médico o dietético, ni evalúa si un plato conviene a tu salud.

8. Alfabetización en IA (art. 4)

El art. 4 exige a proveedores y responsables del despliegue garantizar un nivel suficiente de alfabetización en IA entre quienes operan el sistema por su cuenta. Resimply lo opera un empresario individual; toda persona con acceso al pipeline de extracción conoce cómo se instruye al modelo, dónde falla típicamente y cómo escalar un incidente. Este aviso cumple la misma función para ti como usuario.

9. Reclamaciones y supervisión

Si crees que Resimply no cumple sus obligaciones bajo el Reglamento de IA, escríbenos primero a contact@resimply.app. Acusamos recibo en 5 días hábiles y respondemos en el fondo en 30 días.

También puedes reclamar ante la autoridad nacional alemana de vigilancia del mercado para el Reglamento de IA, la Bundesnetzagentur (Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, Alemania), punto central de contacto y reclamaciones. Para modelos de IA de uso general es competente la Oficina Europea de IA de la Comisión Europea. Las reclamaciones de protección de datos se dirigen a la autoridad indicada en nuestra Política de Privacidad.

10. Cambios en este aviso

Actualizamos esta página siempre que cambiamos de modelo o proveedor, añadimos una función generativa o modificamos el etiquetado. La fecha superior refleja el último cambio sustantivo.

Informativa sulla trasparenza dell’IA

In breve: ogni ricetta in Resimply è scritta da un modello linguistico, non da una redazione umana né da chi ha realizzato il video. Ingredienti, quantità, passaggi e tempi sono la ricostruzione che il modello fa di ciò che ha visto e sentito. Verificali sempre tu prima di cucinare, in particolare gli allergeni.

Questa informativa spiega quali sistemi di IA utilizza Resimply, cosa fanno con i video che condividi, come sono etichettate le ricette generate e cosa deliberatamente non facciamo. È pubblicata in adempimento dell’art. 50 del Regolamento (UE) 2024/1689 (Regolamento sull’IA), applicabile dal 2 agosto 2026, e integra la nostra Informativa sulla privacy, i Termini di servizio e l’elenco dei sub-responsabili.

1. Il nostro ruolo ai sensi del Regolamento sull’IA

Jasper Slowik, che gestisce Resimply (vedi Impressum), è il fornitore del sistema di IA «Resimply» ai sensi dell’art. 3, punto 3: immettiamo sul mercato un servizio basato su IA a nostro nome. Siamo allo stesso tempo deployer di un modello di IA per finalità generali di terzi, al quale accediamo tramite l’API indicata nella sezione 2. Non addestriamo, non mettiamo a punto e non ospitiamo modelli in proprio.

2. Quale IA utilizziamo

OpenRouter instrada le nostre richieste al modello sottostante. Il modello specifico può cambiare quando miglioriamo la qualità dell’estrazione; alla data di questo aggiornamento utilizziamo MiniMax M3. Fornitore di instradamento, localizzazione dei dati e meccanismo di trasferimento sono documentati in Sub-responsabili. Né OpenRouter né il fornitore del modello può addestrare sui tuoi dati.

3. Stai usando un’IA, non un libro di cucina (art. 50, par. 1)

Resimply non ha una redazione umana. Nessun cuoco, nutrizionista o operatore di supporto rivede una ricetta prima che arrivi nella tua libreria. Ogni schermata di estrazione e ogni ricetta è contrassegnata come generata da IA nell’app, al più tardi quando vedi il risultato. Non esiste un chatbot e nulla nell’app è progettato per sembrare una conversazione con una persona.

4. Come sono contrassegnate le ricette generate (art. 50, par. 2)

L’art. 50, par. 2 impone ai fornitori di sistemi di IA generativa di contrassegnare gli output sintetici in formato leggibile da macchina. La nostra posizione e lo stato attuale:

Le ricette sono visibilmente etichettate come generate da IA nell’app e in ogni esportazione, insieme a un collegamento al video di origine.
Il testo delle ricette non ha una filigrana leggibile da macchina. La filigranatura del testo non è rilevabile in modo affidabile su output brevi e molto strutturati come un elenco di ingredienti; il considerando 133 riconosce questi limiti tecnici.
Trattiamo l’estrazione come trasformazione di contenuti altrui già esistenti e non come creazione di media sintetici: il modello riformula ciò che qualcuno ha già pubblicato, non inventa un piatto. L’art. 50, par. 2 esenta i sistemi con funzione ausiliaria che non alterano sostanzialmente l’input. Informiamo comunque, perché preferiamo eccedere in trasparenza piuttosto che invocare un’esenzione.
Ogni ricetta conserva l’URL del video di origine, così la versione originale resta sempre a un tocco di distanza e la provenienza non va mai persa.

5. Accuratezza, sicurezza alimentare e il tuo giudizio

I modelli linguistici sono probabilistici. Resimply può leggere male una quantità, saltare un passaggio eseguito fuori campo, indovinare una temperatura, convertire male un’unità o non cogliere un ingrediente mai nominato a voce. Può anche produrre una ricetta plausibile che il video in realtà non conteneva.

Allergeni: non affidarti mai a un elenco di ingredienti estratto dall’IA per decidere se un piatto è sicuro per chi ha allergie o intolleranze. Controlla il video originale e le etichette dei prodotti che acquisti.

Mantieni il controllo: scegli tu il video, puoi modificare ogni campo di ogni ricetta ed eliminarla in qualsiasi momento. Nulla viene pubblicato, condiviso con altri utenti o eseguito automaticamente. Se un’estrazione è errata o pericolosa, scrivici a contact@resimply.app — vedi Assistenza.

6. Creator e contenuti di origine

Resimply elabora solo i video che condividi espressamente. Non effettuiamo crawling delle piattaforme, non ripubblichiamo contenuti dei creator e non presentiamo le ricette estratte come nostro lavoro editoriale. Ogni ricetta rimanda alla sua fonte. Se sei un creator e desideri escludere i tuoi contenuti, scrivi a contact@resimply.app.

7. Cosa Resimply non fa

Riteniamo che Resimply non costituisca né una pratica vietata ai sensi dell’art. 5 né un sistema ad alto rischio ai sensi dell’allegato III. In concreto, l’app non:

deduce, riconosce o classifica emozioni (l’art. 50, par. 3 non si applica);
esegue identificazione o categorizzazione biometrica, né analizza i volti delle persone che compaiono nel video;
genera immagini, audio, video o contenuti che potrebbero essere scambiati per una persona o un evento reale (l’art. 50, par. 4 non si applica);
impiega tecniche subliminali, manipolative o ingannevoli;
effettua punteggio sociale o profilazione con effetti giuridici o analoghi;
adotta decisioni automatizzate su di te ai sensi dell’art. 22 del GDPR;
fornisce consulenza nutrizionale, medica o dietetica, né valuta se un piatto sia adatto alla tua salute.

8. Alfabetizzazione in materia di IA (art. 4)

L’art. 4 impone a fornitori e deployer di assicurare un livello sufficiente di alfabetizzazione sull’IA tra le persone che gestiscono il sistema per loro conto. Resimply è gestito da un imprenditore individuale; chiunque abbia accesso alla pipeline di estrazione sa come viene istruito il modello, dove tipicamente sbaglia e come segnalare un incidente. Questa informativa svolge la stessa funzione per te come utente.

9. Reclami e vigilanza

Se ritieni che Resimply non rispetti i propri obblighi, contattaci prima a contact@resimply.app. Confermiamo la ricezione entro 5 giorni lavorativi e rispondiamo nel merito entro 30 giorni.

Puoi anche rivolgerti all’autorità nazionale tedesca di vigilanza del mercato per il Regolamento sull’IA, la Bundesnetzagentur (Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, Germania), punto centrale di contatto e reclamo. Per i modelli di IA per finalità generali è competente l’Ufficio europeo per l’IA della Commissione europea. I reclami in materia di protezione dei dati vanno all’autorità indicata nella nostra Informativa sulla privacy.

10. Modifiche a questa informativa

Aggiorniamo questa pagina ogni volta che cambiamo modello o fornitore, aggiungiamo una funzione generativa o modifichiamo l’etichettatura. La data in alto indica l’ultima modifica sostanziale.

Kennisgeving AI-transparantie

Kort gezegd: elk recept in Resimply is geschreven door een AI-taalmodel, niet door een menselijke redactie en niet door de maker van de video. Ingrediënten, hoeveelheden, stappen en bereidingstijden zijn de reconstructie van het model van wat het zag en hoorde. Controleer ze altijd zelf voordat u kookt — zeker allergenen.

Deze kennisgeving legt uit welke AI-systemen Resimply gebruikt, wat ze doen met de video’s die u deelt, hoe AI-gegenereerde recepten worden gelabeld en wat we bewust niet doen. Zij wordt gepubliceerd ter nakoming van artikel 50 van Verordening (EU) 2024/1689 (AI-verordening), van toepassing sinds 2 augustus 2026, en vult ons Privacybeleid, de Servicevoorwaarden en de lijst met subverwerkers aan.

1. Onze rol onder de AI-verordening

Jasper Slowik, exploitant van Resimply (zie Impressum), is de aanbieder van het AI-systeem „Resimply” in de zin van art. 3, lid 3: wij brengen een AI-gestuurde dienst onder eigen naam op de markt. Tegelijk zijn wij gebruiksverantwoordelijke van een AI-model voor algemene doeleinden van een derde, dat wij benaderen via de API in sectie 2. Wij trainen, verfijnen of hosten zelf geen modellen.

2. Welke AI wij gebruiken

OpenRouter routeert onze verzoeken naar het onderliggende model. Het specifieke model kan wijzigen wanneer wij de extractiekwaliteit verbeteren; op het moment van deze update gebruiken wij MiniMax M3. Routeringsaanbieder, datalocatie en doorgiftemechanisme staan in Subverwerkers. Noch OpenRouter noch de modelaanbieder mag op uw gegevens trainen.

3. U gebruikt een AI, geen kookboek (art. 50, lid 1)

Resimply heeft geen menselijke redactie. Geen kok, diëtist of supportmedewerker beoordeelt een recept voordat het in uw bibliotheek belandt. Elk extractiescherm en elk recept is in de app gelabeld als AI-gegenereerd, uiterlijk wanneer u het resultaat voor het eerst ziet. Er is geen chatbot en niets in de app is ontworpen om aan te voelen als een gesprek met een mens.

4. Hoe gegenereerde recepten worden gemarkeerd (art. 50, lid 2)

Art. 50, lid 2 verplicht aanbieders van generatieve AI-systemen om synthetische uitvoer machineleesbaar te markeren. Ons standpunt en onze huidige stand van zaken:

Recepten zijn in de app en in elke export zichtbaar gelabeld als AI-gegenereerd, samen met een link naar de bronvideo.
Recepttekst draagt geen machineleesbaar watermerk. Tekstwatermerken zijn bij korte, sterk gestructureerde uitvoer zoals een ingrediëntenlijst niet betrouwbaar detecteerbaar; overweging 133 erkent deze technische grenzen.
Wij beschouwen extractie als een transformatie van bestaande inhoud van derden en niet als het creëren van synthetische media: het model geeft weer wat een maker al publiceerde, het verzint geen gerecht. Art. 50, lid 2 zondert systemen uit die een ondersteunende functie vervullen zonder de invoer wezenlijk te wijzigen. Wij informeren toch, omdat wij liever te veel informeren dan ons op een uitzondering te beroepen.
Bij elk recept wordt de URL van de bronvideo bewaard, zodat het origineel altijd één tik verwijderd blijft en de herkomst nooit verloren gaat.

5. Nauwkeurigheid, voedselveiligheid en uw eigen oordeel

Taalmodellen zijn probabilistisch. Resimply kan een hoeveelheid verkeerd lezen, een stap buiten beeld overslaan, een temperatuur gokken, een eenheid verkeerd omrekenen of een ingrediënt missen dat nooit hardop is genoemd. Het kan ook een plausibel ogend recept produceren dat de video helemaal niet bevatte.

Allergenen: vertrouw nooit op een door AI geëxtraheerde ingrediëntenlijst om te bepalen of een gerecht veilig is voor iemand met een allergie of intolerantie. Controleer de originele video en de verpakking van wat u koopt.

U houdt de regie: u kiest de video, u kunt elk veld van elk recept bewerken en elk recept op elk moment verwijderen. Niets wordt gepubliceerd, met andere gebruikers gedeeld of automatisch uitgevoerd. Is een extractie onjuist of onveilig, mail dan contact@resimply.app — zie Support.

6. Makers en broninhoud

Resimply verwerkt alleen video’s die u uitdrukkelijk deelt. Wij crawlen geen platforms, publiceren geen inhoud van makers opnieuw en presenteren geëxtraheerde recepten niet als eigen redactioneel werk. Elk recept linkt naar zijn bron. Bent u maker en wilt u uw inhoud uitsluiten, mail dan contact@resimply.app.

7. Wat Resimply niet doet

Wij beschouwen Resimply noch als een verboden AI-praktijk in de zin van art. 5, noch als een AI-systeem met hoog risico in de zin van bijlage III. Concreet doet de app het volgende niet:

emoties afleiden, herkennen of classificeren (art. 50, lid 3 is niet van toepassing);
biometrische identificatie of categorisering uitvoeren, of gezichten van personen in een video analyseren;
afbeeldingen, audio, video of inhoud genereren die met een echte persoon of gebeurtenis kan worden verward (art. 50, lid 4 is niet van toepassing);
subliminale, manipulatieve of misleidende technieken gebruiken;
sociale scoring of profilering met rechtsgevolgen of vergelijkbaar aanzienlijke gevolgen uitvoeren;
geautomatiseerde besluiten over u nemen in de zin van art. 22 AVG;
voedings-, medisch of diëtadvies geven, of beoordelen of een gerecht bij uw gezondheid past.

8. AI-geletterdheid (art. 4)

Art. 4 verplicht aanbieders en gebruiksverantwoordelijken tot een toereikend niveau van AI-geletterdheid bij de personen die het systeem namens hen bedienen. Resimply wordt gerund door een eenmanszaak; iedereen met toegang tot de extractiepijplijn weet hoe het model wordt aangestuurd, waar het doorgaans faalt en hoe een incident wordt geëscaleerd. Deze kennisgeving vervult dezelfde functie voor u als gebruiker.

9. Klachten en toezicht

Meent u dat Resimply zijn verplichtingen onder de AI-verordening niet nakomt, neem dan eerst contact op via contact@resimply.app. Wij bevestigen binnen 5 werkdagen en reageren inhoudelijk binnen 30 dagen.

U kunt ook klagen bij de Duitse nationale markttoezichtautoriteit voor de AI-verordening, de Bundesnetzagentur (Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, Duitsland), die als centraal contact- en klachtenpunt fungeert. Voor AI-modellen voor algemene doeleinden is het Europees AI-bureau van de Europese Commissie bevoegd. Klachten over gegevensbescherming gaan naar de toezichthouder die in ons Privacybeleid wordt genoemd.

10. Wijzigingen in deze kennisgeving

Wij werken deze pagina bij zodra wij van model of aanbieder wisselen, een generatieve functie toevoegen of de labeling wijzigen. De datum bovenaan geeft de laatste inhoudelijke wijziging weer.
